Looking for a scrap yard near you North Wales? Lelo Metals is based in Corwen, serving as a central location to serve region. You can drop off without booking during our opening times. Our address is Graig Lelo, Corwen, LL21 9SD.

What do I need to bring to set up an account?

Accepted Answer

Photo ID and proof of address. A driving license is best.  We can also accept a passport and recent utility bill. We will need bank details and you should wear a hi visibility vest or jacket (One can be provided if you do not have one) If you are VAT registered, please bring your business information.

Do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

No booking needed.  However, we do stop for breaks between 10.00 – 10.30 and 13.00 – 13.30

Do you collect scrap? (small amounts/single items)

Unfortunately, we do not collect single items.  A skip can be provided if you have 2 ton or more of scrap metal.

Are you open Saturday’s?

We are open Saturday’s 07.30 – 12.00

We do NOT accept fridges and freezers.
